Who this policy covers
This policy applies to this website, an independent informational guide to the 9K Club platform. We are not the platform operator. We do not hold player accounts, process payments or have access to anyone's balance or gaming history.
When you leave this site for the 9K Club platform or any other destination, that service's own privacy policy and terms apply to everything you do there, including anything you register or pay with. Read it before creating an account.
What we collect
This site has no account system, no login and no payment processing, so we do not collect names, mobile numbers, passwords or financial details. What is collected is limited to standard technical information your browser sends on any web request:
- IP address, in server logs
- Browser type, operating system and device category
- Pages viewed, time on page and referring URL
- Approximate location at city or region level, derived from IP
If you email us a correction to one of these guides, we hold that message and your address for as long as it takes to deal with it, and use it for nothing else.
Cookies and analytics
We may use a privacy-respecting analytics service to understand which pages are read and where readers arrive from. This is aggregate reporting: we see that a page was viewed a number of times, not who viewed it. We do not sell data, and we do not build advertising profiles.
Any cookies set are functional or analytical rather than advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and doing so will not stop this site working — nothing here depends on them. Most browsers also offer a "do not track" signal, which we honour where the analytics provider supports it.
How the data is used
For three things only: keeping the site available and secure, understanding which guides are useful so we can improve them, and diagnosing technical faults. Server logs are retained for a short period and then discarded. We do not attempt to identify individual readers, and we would not be able to.
Third parties and outbound links
This site loads web fonts from a third-party font service, which receives a request from your browser as a technical necessity of serving the font. Hosting and analytics providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.
Pages here link to the 9K Club platform, to Telegram and to app download locations. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content, data practices or availability. Some outbound links may be affiliate or referral links, meaning we could receive a commission if you register through them — this never changes what these guides say, and where a bonus carries a wagering condition or a game is high-variance, we say so regardless.
Your rights
You may ask what personal data we hold about you, request its correction or deletion, or object to its processing. Because this site collects so little and holds nothing that identifies you by name, in most cases the answer is that there is nothing to return — but ask if you want to confirm it. This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes to this policy
