Which route to use
Anything involving money or your specific account goes to in-platform live chat, because that is the only channel where an agent can see your account. A Telegram admin cannot check your balance, and neither can we. Sending a deposit query to a group costs you the hours it takes to be redirected.
Telegram is right for general questions, announcements and promotion news. This site is right for one thing only: telling us a step in these guides is wrong or out of date.
The three details every ticket needs
Lead with your registered mobile number, the exact date and time of the transaction, and the reference number from your bank or UPI app. Tickets carrying those three are resolved in a fraction of the time of tickets without them, because the alternative is an agent asking for each one and waiting for you to reply between each question.
Add a screenshot of the error or the payment confirmation if you have one. Describe what you expected and what happened, in that order, and leave out everything else — a short factual message outperforms a long one every time.
Common issues you may not need to raise
A deposit has not arrived
Wait about fifteen minutes, then contact chat with your payment reference. Do not pay a second time — that risks being charged twice, and unwinding a duplicate takes far longer than the original delay.
A withdrawal is taking too long
Most clear within a few hours. Past a day, the usual cause is a name mismatch on the receiving account or an unmet bonus wagering condition. Check both before raising a ticket; they account for most held payouts.
Login is failing
Almost always the mobile number format or a stale session, both of which you can fix yourself in a minute. The login guide lists every error the platform throws. A locked account, by contrast, just needs fifteen to thirty minutes of not retrying.
The app will not install
Usually storage, an old copy signed differently, or a partial download. The app page covers each case and the safe install sequence.
Response times
Live chat is staffed around the clock and typically replies within minutes, though evenings and weekends are busier and a first reply can take longer. Payment issues involving a bank may need a follow-up the next day, because the platform is waiting on the bank rather than on itself.
Keep one ticket per issue. Opening a second for the same problem generally puts you at the back of the queue rather than the front.
What support will never ask you for
Your password, and an OTP. Not support, not a Telegram admin, not an "agent" offering to top up your wallet or unlock a withdrawal. Every account theft in this category starts with someone volunteering one of those two things, and the request always arrives dressed as help.
Also treat as fraud: anyone charging for a referral code, selling prediction tips or "hacks", asking you to pay a fee to release a withdrawal, or offering to deposit on your behalf at a discount. None of those are things a legitimate operator does.
