Logging in through the app or the browser
There is one 9K Club account and two ways into it. The Android app keeps you signed in between visits, so after the first login it usually opens straight to the lobby. The browser is better when you are on someone else's device or on iOS, where no app exists — the platform is fully responsive, and nothing in the game library is missing from the web version.
Your login identity is the mobile number you registered with. There is no separate username and no email login, which simplifies things but makes that number important: it is your identity, your password reset channel and, in practice, your account recovery path all at once. If you are about to change your SIM, update the number on your account first while you can still receive a code on the old one.
Do not use the "remember me" option on a shared or public device. The session token it stores is enough for someone else to reach your wallet without knowing your password.
Resetting a forgotten password
Tap the forgot password link on the login screen, enter your registered mobile number, and a one-time code is sent by SMS. Enter that code and you can set a new password immediately. The whole flow takes a minute, provided the number on the account is one you still hold.
Two practical notes. Reset links and codes expire quickly, usually in a few minutes, so start the flow when you are ready to finish it rather than requesting a code and coming back later. And pick a password you do not use anywhere else. This account holds money, and reused passwords are the way most gaming accounts are actually compromised — not through the platform, but through a leak somewhere unrelated.
When the OTP does not arrive
Wait the full sixty seconds before tapping resend; requesting several codes in quick succession can trigger a temporary block and each new code invalidates the last. Check that you have network signal rather than only Wi-Fi, since SMS needs the mobile network. Look in your phone's spam or blocked-messages folder, which some Android builds route promotional senders into automatically. If you have DND fully enabled on your number, transactional SMS is sometimes filtered by the carrier — the fix is on the carrier's side, not the platform's.
If nothing arrives after two attempts spaced a few minutes apart, contact support with your registered number and the approximate times you requested codes. Do not create a second account with a different number as a workaround: duplicate accounts for one person are usually against the platform's terms and can cause a withdrawal to be blocked later, which is a much bigger problem than a delayed SMS.
Every common login error, and what it means
"Invalid credentials" on a password you are sure of
Almost always the number format. Try it with and without the country code. Second most likely is a leading capital added by your keyboard, or a trailing space pasted in from a password manager. Reveal the field and read it character by character before you conclude the password is wrong.
The screen loads blank or spins forever
A stale session or cached assets. Clear the app's cache from Android settings, or open the site in a private browser window. If the app was installed months ago, an outdated build is worth ruling out — reinstall the current APK from the official source only, never a mirror.
"Session expired" mid-session
Normal after a long idle period, or after signing in on another device. Log in again. If it repeats every few minutes, an unstable connection is dropping the session; switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see which is at fault.
Account temporarily locked
Triggered by repeated failed attempts. Waiting is genuinely the fix — usually fifteen to thirty minutes — and further attempts extend the window. If it persists past an hour, that is a support ticket rather than a retry.
Keeping your 9K Club account secure
Nobody from 9K Club will ever ask for your password or an OTP — not support, not a Telegram admin, not an "agent" offering to top up your wallet. Every account theft in this category starts with someone volunteering one of those two things. Share neither, ever, for any reason.
Beyond that: a unique password, a screen lock on the phone that holds the app, and withdrawals paid only to a bank account or UPI ID in your own name. Check your transaction history occasionally. An unfamiliar entry is worth a ticket the same day rather than the following week.
Using more than one device
The same account works on a phone and a desktop browser, though typically not in two active sessions at once — signing in on the second device tends to end the first session. Your balance, history and game state live on the server, so nothing is lost when a session moves. If you routinely switch between a phone and a laptop, expect the occasional forced re-login; that is the platform protecting the account rather than a fault.
